DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time of each item is different. You can see the preliminary delivery times next to the item on our page. We usually deliver the goods within 1-7 days

DELIVERY PRICE

The price of delivery via DPD couriers is 6.99 EUR.

The price of delivery via DPD parcel machines for shipments up to 30kg is 3.99 EUR

Delivery to the Curonian Spit is charged an additional 20 EUR.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We offer two shipping options - both with the shipment tracking function. When the order is shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail about the shipment with tracking information and the estimated delivery date. You can easily track your shipment throughout the entire shipping time using the link provided in the shipment confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail with tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us.

CANCELLATION

Changed your mind? Once you place an order, we know you need it quickly. So if you want to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately within 2 hours of purchase.
