DELIVERY TIME

Each product has a different estimated delivery time. You can see the estimated delivery time next to each item on our website. In most cases, orders are delivered within 1–7 business days. 

DELIVERY COST

Delivery by DPD courier is charged according to the parcel weight:

Up to 10 kg – €5.99

From 10 kg to 30 kg – €9.99

From 35 kg to 200 kg – €24.99

From 200 kg to 750 kg – €74.99

Delivery to DPD parcel lockers (for parcels up to 30 kg) – €3.99

Delivery to the Curonian Spit (Kuršių nerija) is subject to an additional €20 fee.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

We offer two shipping options – both include tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
You can track your shipment at any time using the link provided in the email.

If you don’t receive a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Changed your mind? Once you place an order, we understand you want it delivered fast.
